• Faster processing: In-app deletion requests are processed immediately, while email requests may take slightly longer.
• Enhanced security: Using the in-app feature ensures your account information stays within the secure environment of our app.
• Complete data removal: The in-app feature guarantees all your associated data is removed thoroughly.

How to delete your account using the app:

• Open the app.
• Tap on Settings then Account Settings.
• Tap on the Delete Account option.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your deletion request.

If you no longer have the app installed:

You can still request account deletion by sending an email to: brett@3labs.app

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• The name of the app you want to delete your account from
• A brief confirmation that you understand deleting your account will permanently remove all your data

Important note: Please remember that email communication is inherently less secure than using the in-app feature. For maximum security and privacy, we highly recommend using the in-app deletion option whenever possible.

You will receive a follow-up email to verify the request and verify that you own the email address.
